Whether you are a resident accessing lifestyle management features, or a property manager utilizing our enterprise portals, your continued use of our Services constitutes your legal agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

C.S.S. provides a unified Service Operating System connecting physical property amenities with digital lifestyle management. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Property Management Solutions: Valet trash collection, parking enforcement, CCTV monitoring, and groundskeeping.
• Resident Lifestyle Management: Garment care, grocery delivery, pet concierge services, and personal shopper services.
• Digital Core Portals: Dual-sided operational applications for service scheduling, communication, and real-time logistics tracking.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the C.S.S. App or Web Portals, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the security of your account. C.S.S. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Service Execution and Scheduling

All physical services (such as doorstep collection and delivery) are subject to scheduling availability and geographic location. While we strive for absolute precision in our operational windows, extreme weather, traffic delays, or unforeseen logistical emergencies may occasionally impact service times. Property managers and residents will be notified of any significant delays via the C.S.S. digital portal.

5. Prohibited Conduct

In utilizing our Services, you strictly agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the C.S.S. portals or physical operations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platforms, other user accounts, or connected systems.
• Dispose of hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials through our valet trash and collection services.
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall C.S.S. Luxury, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
