Concierge Specialized Services ("C.S.S.") is deeply committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually striving to improve the user experience for everyone, including residents and property managers utilizing our digital portals, and we are committed to applying the relevant accessibility standards to our digital environment.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Our primary public website and our secure Resident and Partner portals are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard, though we are actively undergoing audits and implementing updates to close these gaps.
