• Providing authorized Property Managers with high-level operational analytics and compliance dashboards.
• Improving the functionality, security, and user experience of our digital core.

• With Property Management: If you are utilizing the Resident Portal as a tenant of a partnered property, certain service requests and compliance data (such as parking permits) may be shared with your building's management.
• With Trusted Service Partners: We may share necessary logistical details with vetted contractors (e.g., dry cleaners or specialized tradesmen) solely for the purpose of executing a requested service.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Our digital portals utilize encrypted protocols to ensure that all communication between your device and our servers remains secure. Residents and Partners can typically update their personal and property profiles directly through their respective C.S.S. dashboards.
